El Fatoora e-invoicing (TTN)
Since 1 January 2026, e-invoicing through TTN extends to all service providers. Contabli already produces complete PDF invoices; TEIF generation, DigiGo signing and TTN submission are in preparation.
How it works
- 1Check whether your business is subject to El Fatoora
- 2Complete your tax ID and your customers' details
- 3Prepare your TTN enrolment and DigiGo certificate
- 4Issue your invoices in Contabli

An e-invoice is not just a PDF
Under El Fatoora, the invoice is a structured TEIF (XML) file, signed electronically and submitted to the Tunisie TradeNet (TTN) platform, which registers it and assigns a reference. A PDF sent by email, however complete, does not replace this submission when you are subject to it.
What Contabli does today
Contabli issues PDF invoices numbered without gaps, with the seller's and buyer's tax IDs, VAT per rate, FODEC, stamp duty and the exemption, suspension or export mentions. Your customer and product data is therefore already ready for the TEIF format.
In preparation: TEIF, DigiGo and TTN
We are building TEIF file generation, electronic signing with your DigiGo certificate (TunTrust), submission to TTN with status tracking and the QR code on the PDF. A guided assistant will walk you through TTN enrolment. These features are not available yet; we will announce when they go live.
Common questions
Does El Fatoora apply to me?
The 2026 Finance Act (art. 53) extends the obligation to all service providers, in addition to the businesses already covered. Confirm your situation with your accountant.
Does Contabli already submit invoices to TTN?
Not yet: TTN submission is in preparation. In the meantime, Contabli produces PDF invoices with every legal mention.
Do I need a signing certificate?
Yes. An e-invoice is signed with a certificate issued by TunTrust, such as DigiGo. The exact arrangements for Contabli will be confirmed at launch.
Does this replace tax advice?
No. Check the rules that apply to your transaction with your accountant.
